Hey all,
Was re-reading Cyberiad over the weekend and it kind of hit me how weirdly fast things are moving right now.
I work in ops/tech and my day-to-day has gone from "maybe we should look into basic automation" to literally every meeting being about AI workflows and data tools. Feels like we're living through the early chapters of a Lem book sometimes.
Mainly just curious how others here are dealing with it:
Are your workplaces actually pushing this stuff on you yet, or is it mostly hype in your field?
How are you keeping up—just mess around with tools on your own, or doing actual courses/study?
