Lem went to great lengths to explain the surface of Titan in 'Fiasco'.
In a few hours, we will see the first real pictures from there.
Let's see if it is stranger than he could imagine there.

Looks like it is quite similar !
I mean with all the frozen methane.... That's pretty possible.
ESA & NASA kick ass :o)

How do you know? Where can we see it? What are you talking about??? :'(
I believe I overslept something important...
Please, show me a link if there is one!

I is worth noticing that the rocks are pebble-shaped. This means there were some fluids! Liquid methane maybe? Hydrocarbons or not, Titan is still impressive. Whereas other nearby planets (Mars...) are quite dry & dead (or made of gas, hihi), Titan (of course is not formally a ,,planet''but what a heck) is shaped quite like typical s-f envirovment :l)
Of course, there are other interesting moons in Solar System, take Io (of Jupiter) for instance...

I am looking forward to see the first pictures from quinta ;)

A hihi...
As far as I know, NASA is planning to send ,,New Horizons'' to PLUTO in 2006. But no plans related to Quinta :)
