This is a phrase I found amusing in the extreme, and I wanted to find it again in its context, but for the life of me I can't remember which book it appears. I'm think it was Fiasco, and I've begun re-reading it, but I'm pretty far in with no luck.
If anyone knows for sure, I'd be really grateful.
