Does anyone recognize the following concept from one of Lem's short stories: the concept of hybridized animal people that were specialized for particular tasks. e.g., cat people were sex toys, bull people were miners, etc. This concept was in a book I bought in London and subsequently gave away. I've never seen the ...book again, and for years I have been trying to figure out if the writer was Lem, or someone else. Does anyone know?
