So, I think TLJ is irredeemable garbage, and I think your review misses the mark. Let's talk Poe's character "arc", and why it doesn't work.
So you mention that Poe needs to learn "not to be reckless", and you accept Leia's line that "there are things you can't solve by hopping in an X-Wing and blowing things up." The problem here is that, Leia is - at least going by what we see in the movies - clearly wrong, and Poe is clearly right. The Resistance is in a war with the First Order; losses are something you must be willing to accept in a war.
1. TLJ starts immediately following the end of TFA, in which Poe successfully destroys Star-killer Base by... hopping in an X-Wing and blowing it up.
2. Poe's action at the beginning of TLJ leads to the successful destruction of the Mandator IV Dreadnaught. To put that in perspective, the dreadnaught has a crew of 200,000 individuals, source at the end of the comment. Poe's strike team lost at most a dozen fighters, a half dozen bombers, and maybe 30 people? That is a resounding, unequivocal military victory. An historical comparison would be the sinking of the Bismarck in WW2.
3. We soon learn that the First Order can track ships through hyperspace; which means had the dreadnaught NOT been destroyed, it would have immediately been able to fire on the fleeing Resistance ships.
4. In the final act, Poe's "lesson learned" is actually actively damaging. The giant bunker buster laser successfully fires and destroys the bunker door. Had Luke or Rey not shown up when they did, everyone in the Resistance would have surely died. When the choice is death anyway, you may as well hop in your speeder and attempt to destroy the opposing forces (something Finn almost accomplished had he not been stopped by Rose in what has to be the stupidest scene in movie history.)
What can we take away from this? Poe was literally never wrong in the movie, and the lesson he was supposed to learn was horribly misguided. The reason people hate TLJ is because not only is the plot incoherently stupid, it's themes make zero sense. Rose scolds Finn for attempting to sacrifice himself to save his friends, as if that's the wrong choice to make, but we just celebrated Holdo for doing that literally 5 minutes ago? TLJ is a terrible, terrible movie, and I think you're in denial.

4. Leia tego nie rozumie, co smuci. Że Holdo nie rozumie to wiadome jest.
Generalnie Rajanek bredzi tu w swoim stylu.
Mamy tu przykład kalekiego widzenia rzeczywistości wywołanego feminizmem.
